It is those who are pure of heart who see God. There is so much in the message of Fatima. And I don’t pretend that my words can do justice to the teachings, but I pray I may encourage you to simply look to Our Lady. 

In the apparition on 13 October 1917, not only did Our Lady appear as Our Lady of Carmel but also in her sorrow did she come. It is truly Our Lady of Sorrows who sees God, in all His Sorrows and thus the fullness of His Marks of Glory, and we can ask ourselves why this is? It is her purity. 

Spend this day contemplating the Purity of Mary. Ask her to remove all from your life that is not pleasing to Our Lord. That isn’t an easy prayer to pray. 

Most Holy Virgin, who deigned to come to Fatima to reveal to the three little shepherds the treasures of graces hidden in the recitation of the Rosary, inspire our hearts with a sincere love of this devotion, so that by meditating on the mysteries of our redemption that are recalled in it, we may gather the fruits and obtain the conversion of sinners, the conversion of Russia and this favor which I so earnestly seek,
