Happy Feast of Saint Callistus!

Today is the sixth anniversary of the first time I came to Mass at Santissima Trinita dei Pellegrini in Rome. It’s another one of my funny Roman stories (involving contradicting info on the website, total inability to communicate to Italians, and other fond aspects, also the best ciambella-fried Italian sugar donut- I have ever had with the sacristan at the time and the priest whose Mass I served that day). 

I never knew how important this Church would be to me. I give thanks to God for all the graces I have received here, everything I have learned, and for the people, priests and parishioners (Roman and not), who have taught me so much and have been so charitable.
