Ask today for a true contrition for your sins and hide yourself in the wound in the right foot of Christ, saying:

O almighty and most merciful God, who, when Thy chosen people thirsted, didst bring forth from the rock a fount of living water, bid tears of sorrow to well up from my hard heart, that I may truly weep for my sins, and through Thy mercy deserve to receive Thy pardon. Through Christ our Lord, who livest and reignest with Thee and the Holy Ghost, One God, for ever and ever. Amen.

I adore Thee Jesus, I love Thee and I praise Thee. Because of our sins Thou hast been struck unto death. I praise, worship, and adore the Holy Wound of Thy Right Foot. Help all those who desire to serve Thee more closely by increasing their faith, hope, and love. And I ask Thee to protect all Thy priests. Strengthen them against the attacks of the Evil One, and grant them all an increase in faith, hope, and love. May all Thy consecrated souls become ardent lamps lighting and warming up today’s dark and faithless world. Amen.
